Dear CASC members,

Attached is the finished product of many person-months of work, ably led by Craig Stewart. This paper, requested by Dr. Zerhouni when we met with him last fall, is being delivered in time for the NIH-BISTI workshop beginning tomorrow. Several of our members will be present at this invitation-only workshop, including Jan Odegard of Rice, Ralph Roskies of PSC and Shankar Subramaniam of SDSC. Please join us in thanking all who provided input and those who worked hard to bring this document to its final state.
