Coalition for National Science Funding reception and exhibit , March 2009

CASC participates as a sponsor in the annual Coalition for National Science Funding exhibit and reception. This year the CASC theme "HPC goes green" was depicted through articles, reports and brochures which described research and architecture modifications underway at CASC members. The exhibit typically attracts Members of Congress ( the House Science Committee is usually well represented), and Congressional staff members as well as several NSF leaders.

This year was special as Speaker Pelosi came, she offered remarks and also stopped by the University of California tables (UCI and UCLA were well represented).
